Hi, my name is Jules. I am a 15 year old gymnast and animal lover. Over the past four years of my life I have struggled with Anorexia, SI and SIB. This is gonna be a place where I talk about my recovery journey and give everyone who reads this tips to over coming a mental illness. My goal is to inspire people to take that one step to get on track with recovery and learn how to love themselves fully. I am still learning but I am well on my way to getting there.
